My Book!!

Hi everyone I have printed my book. It looks so amazing. I am so proud of myself for doing this (I even ate some chocolate). I spent so much time and effort into this book and it is all coming together. I got my book for $30 on sale but the full price was $45 including shipping. I love my book so much if you are going to make a book I would recommend the website Snap Fish I know that this is a really weird name but the customer satisfaction is very high. Thanks for reading.

Pavlova

Yesterday I made a very easy and a very simple pavlova. This was the last recipeI needed to bake in my cook book. So since this recipe was so easy I wanted to share with you so I really hope that you enjoy reading it.
1. Heat oven to 150°C
2. Put some baking paper on a baking tray.
3. Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks using an electric beater. Slowly add 2 tablespoons of the sugar at a time, while beating on high. (make sure that the sugar has all dissolved in before adding the next lot).
4. Then spoon the mixture evenly onto the tray in a circle. Place tray in the oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until golden and crisp.Leave to cool in the oven after cooked for 45 minutes for the best results.
thank you for reading Bye.

Vanilla Cupcakes

Today I was so exited because I was going to make Vanilla Cupcakes! I will put the recipe down below if you would like to make them yourself. 1 other exiting thing is that after the recipe I will have one more recipe to go and then I can print my book!!! I hope you like the Vanilla Cupcake recipe. 1. Preheat the oven to 190ÂșC. Put 12 paper cupcake cases into a standard 12-hole muffin tin.
2. Cream the butter, vanilla essence and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold gently into the creamed mixture. Lastly stir in the milk.
4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 15 minutes or until the cakes spring back when lightly touched. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and then ice and decorate as you wish.
I hope you liked reading my recipe bye.

Group Talk

Today I had a group talk with people from our class and the next door class about how our passion projects are going and I said that mine is going really good and that I have faced a few challenges in passion project. While talking about this in our group I had the idea to film me making something. I think if I do film myself I would be making chocolate balls because its easy and quick. Also when I was talking in my group I thought of some new recipes to try like chocolate chip cookies, pavlova and vanilla cookies. If you have any ideas of recipes I would love to hear them because I am running a little short of recipe ideas.
